If you are like the rest of us, you chose to live in White Oaks Villlage because of it's location, beauty and quiet residential lifestyle. You have made an investment in your property and your community, and this requires that White Oaks Village remains an exceptional place to live. 

White Oaks Village has a strong and active Homeowners Association made up of homeowners who have volunteered many hours of their time to help keep our neighborhood beautiful and peaceful. With the help and guidance from our management company, Comunity Management Services, inc., our HOA Board of Directors makes sure that the Bylaws, Covenants and Restrictions are followed. In doing so, they ensure that our homes maintain their property values and that our neighborhood remains a desired place to live. 

The White Oaks Village HOA is headed up by five Board of Directors who meet once a month, usually on the first second Monday of each month. To find out where meetings will be held, check the HOME page for the scrolling message or contact Community Management Services. This Board makes decisions on big neighborhood projects such as maintenance of our common areas. The Board also discusses and votes on various issues such as hiring landscaping contractors, hiring attorney's for legal matters, and sending out letters notifying homeowners of violations of the Covenants and Restrictions.

The Board of Directors wants to have input from all of the homeowners in the neighborhood. All homeowners are invited to attend EVERY Board of Director's meeting. These meetings are usually held at around 6:30 on the second Monday of every month. meeting. Please feel free to attend and voice your opinions! This is your opportunity to participate in your community and make it a better place for you and your family. This is YOUR neighborhood!
